Stone: red quartzite (origin - from the "Red Mountains" of Djebel Akhmar, an area near Heliopolis)

Opet procession from the temple of Karnak to the temple of Luxor along the 6 way-stations (barque shrines) of Hatshepsut - Hatshepsut is shown offering incense to Amun-Ra (the inscription below her hands reads "jr.t snTr n Jmn-Ra = Offering incense to Amun-Ra) in front of the 4th way-station - she is not offering to her own Osiride statue!

The name of the 4. station is :
"The 4. Station of Maat-ka-Ra which cools the oar (?) of Amun"
(according to Nims, 1955)
